Community Support Manager

As a Community Support Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting service users and promoting their independence and well-being.

This full-time, permanent position involves working on a shift rota basis, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of services and maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
