Job Description

As a Technical Support and Documentation Expert at AWE Plc, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our teams by coordinating meetings, documenting proceedings, and preparing reports. Your main focus will be on the Liabilities function, overseeing site infrastructure and utility maintenance, as well as decommissioning and demolition projects.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will be working closely with colleagues from various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and accurate documentation.

About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year, dependent on your qualifications, experience, and performance. The role comes with a 9-day working fortnight schedule, allowing for better work-life balance and greater flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
  • Developing and distributing meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.

Successful applicants should hold a relevant qualification, such as a degree or higher diploma, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
