Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible working required)

Our 'Outstanding' Secure Children's Service in the UK is searching for an 'Outstanding' Child Welfare Manager This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a track record of excellence in residential youth care.

Our centre is a secure accommodation and educational facility rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, providing safety and a nurturing environment for young people aged 10-18. Our team of dedicated, qualified staff offer the highest level of care and support, empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Passion & Dedication: A drive to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this).
- Experience: Extensive management experience within a residential youth care setting.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, person-centred approach to leadership.
