  • Developing and implementing community programmes that meet the needs of our diverse community
  • Managing relationships with artists, educators, and practitioners to deliver high-quality programmes
  • Evaluating programme outcomes and making recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with the Hub Director to ensure that programmes align with the Trust's strategic objectives
