About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and leading impactful programmes and collaborations that achieve a social impact.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative programmes and partnerships that drive social change, and will be able to identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design exceptional projects and partnerships that drive social change.
  • Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
  • Manage a portfolio of relationships with large commercial brands and partners.
  • Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.
  • Act as a leader and further our strategy, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve our goals.

About You

We are looking for a creative and ambitious leader who is passionate about creating innovative programmes and partnerships that drive social change. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
  • Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
  • The ability to identify, design and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills.
  • The ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support.
