About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Immunisation Team Lead to join our Greenwich Immunisation team at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the School Health Immunisation programme, including HPV, School Leaver Booster, Men ACWY, and flu programme within a defined area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of immunisation programmes as required by NHSE and other immunisation programmes by negotiation with commissioners.
  • Oversee the delivery of the School Age Immunisation programme across designated borough.
  • Plan, organise, and evaluate the immunisation programme, delegating to other members of the immunisation team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service.
  • Monitor the quality of service provision, identifying areas for service and professional development, and facilitate implementation.
  • Promote effective teamwork across agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities.
