Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of our tennis programme at Bryanston School. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a sector-leading tennis programme that aligns with the school's vision for sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy for tennis in line with the Team Bryanston Vision for Sport
  • Deliver an outstanding and inclusive student experience, growing participation and further developing a performance strand in our tennis programmes
  • Seek out wider relationships with key partners to generate commercial income through sponsorship and facilities usage

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a UKCC tennis coaching qualification at level 2 or above, significant previous experience of managing projects in tennis, and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of developing tennis programmes.
