F & B Host Role
We are seeking a skilled F & B Host to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Be customer-obsessed, carrying out duties in a manner that ensures all customers have an amazing experience with us.
- Product Knowledge
- Be familiar and conversant with current promotions and products available, ensuring that our guests can make the most of their visit.
- Service Delivery
- Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, only delivering products you are proud of.
- Stock Management
- Replenish stocks so that our guests always have the opportunity to access products at all times.
Requirements
