About the Role

Plymouth Business School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Fellow in Human Resources Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and research in the field of HRM, and will contribute to the development of our programmes and research activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess students on our HRM programmes
  • Conduct research in HRM and contribute to the development of our research activities
  • Develop and deliver new programmes and modules in HRM
  • Contribute to the development of our research strategy and priorities

Requirements

  • PhD in HRM or a related field
  • Experience of teaching and research in HRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
