About the Role

Plymouth Business School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Fellow in Human Resources Management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our students and the School's research agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop modules in Human Resources Management, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
  • Contribute to the School's research activities, particularly in the area of Human Resources Management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to enhance the School's reputation and opportunities for students.
  • Participate in the School's quality assurance and enhancement processes, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven teaching and research experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • A strong commitment to academic excellence and a willingness to contribute to the School's research agenda.
