About the Role

Plymouth Business School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Fellow in Human Resources Management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our programmes and research in sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials in human resources management, incorporating sustainability and corporate responsibility principles.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
  • Engage in research and knowledge exchange activities, collaborating with colleagues to produce high-impact research and publications.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, promoting their academic success and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in a relevant field, such as human resources management, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning, with a focus on human resources management and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
  • A strong research profile, with a track record of producing high-quality research and publications.
