About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Rockfish Plymouth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Upsell and promote our menu items, highlighting our fresh seafood and coastal-inspired dishes.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience.
