As a Complex Needs Practitioner, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with addiction, housing, or social care needs to overcome the challenges of drug, alcohol, and health-related issues.

Our charity is proud to be part of One Recovery Buckinghamshire (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust) and Build on Belief, delivering comprehensive support across Buckinghamshire.

This role presents an opportunity to work flexibly across community settings and within multi-agency partnerships, addressing holistic wellbeing needs, including knife crime prevention, 5-step family interventions, exploitation, physical and emotional health, and substance misuse.

We require:

  • A relevant qualification in health or social care, youth and community work (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies).
  • A self-motivated and confident approach, with the ability to take initiative and make a difference.
  • Experience in multi-agency collaboration, working effectively with voluntary and statutory agencies, engaging with health professionals, and building rapport with clients across diverse settings.
