About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality support to adults with complex needs in our Supported Living Services. As a Regulated Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all statutory and legal obligations are met, promoting a culture of improvement and best practice at all times.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and behaviours which may challenge. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of person-centred support, contributing to the development of support plans, risk assessments, and review documents.
You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated staff team, providing support and regular supervisions to enable their development. If you have experience of multi-site management, knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and working with people with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all statutory and legal obligations are fulfilled across the business structure to the highest standard, promoting a culture of improvement and best practice at all times.
- To ensure the highest level of care standards are upheld in line with the CQC.
- To provide support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and behaviours which may challenge.
- To maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
- To oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to all individuals.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or working towards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track record of successful management of services for individuals with complex needs in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of care professionals.
- Full UK driving licence.
