About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Learning Development Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with autism and complex needs.

You will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs, working closely with occupational therapists, specialist teachers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver personalized learning plans for students.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  3. Provide emotional support and guidance to students.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant degree in Psychology or Education.
  2. Experience working with children and young people with autism and complex needs.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
