About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to join our People Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex HR transformation projects, developing and embedding programme governance, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead the Oracle HCM transformation and associated modules, design and develop programme governance, and develop comprehensive programme plans
  2. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives and expectations, monitor programme progress and performance, and identify and address issues or risks as they arise
  3. Culture Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the programme team
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in Portfolio or Programme Management (e.g. MSP or other)
  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager/lead, managing large-scale, complex business and technical programmes and projects from initiation to completion across a global landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
