We are seeking a skilled HR Technology Manager to join our team at Lucas Kennedy. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing project workstreams and day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation experience across Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle and/or ServiceNow (minimum at least 2).
  2. Functional knowledge and expertise from at least a core HR scope perspective.
  3. Technical knowledge of the underlying tech and data structures and how they influence the design of a client's complexity.
  4. Experience of design and implementation phases of a project, including test and cutover.
  5. Knowledge and experience of the HR services and technology part of the HR operating model, including the ability to articulate, understand, and design the various different aspects of a service delivery model (including the areas needing service enablement technology like ServiceNow).


Requirements:
