As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and clients. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure that our systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage the central booking system to book meeting rooms and resources
  • Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual systems in meeting rooms
  • Manage the centralized inbox via MS Outlook
  • Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate invoicing

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with email and Microsoft packages
  • Switchboard experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to use initiative and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
