As a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist at UFSS (United Facilities Support Services), you will play a vital role in our team, blending your digital marketing expertise with sales acumen to attract new clients and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and attract potential clients within the hospitality industry.

Lead digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks, to effectively promote our services.

Create engaging content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to showcase our offerings and engage with our target audience in a warm and welcoming manner.

Utilise SEO techniques to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings, driving organic traffic to our online platforms.

Analyse digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities, tailoring marketing initiatives to meet the needs of our target audience.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business, driving revenue growth for the company.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of online advertising platforms, social media marketing, and SEO.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and establishing strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
