**The Position**

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing dynamic and versatile expertise to the forefront of our marketing efforts. Your role extends beyond the conventional, requiring a passion for digital marketing and a demonstrated track record of success. Proficiency in SEO, design, content creation, and social media is a baseline expectation, but your diverse skill set will be a driving force across various facets of our marketing initiatives.

You'll seamlessly work alongside Product Managers, Sales teams, Marketing Managers, Senior Brand Ambassadors, and the Head of Marketing. Together, you will analyse competitors' outputs, assess available resources, and design media strategies to present impactful messages that resonate with our target audience.

**Main responsibilities**

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis.
- Optimise website content, structure, and meta data for improved search visibility.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using relevant tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.

**Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other design elements for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- Design and implement engaging landing pages to enhance user experience.

**Content Writing**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.

**Social Media**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and analyse performance metrics.

**Essentials we are looking for**:
**SEO Expertise**:

- Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or SE Ranking

**Design Proficiency**:

- Proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles and branding.

**Content Writing**:

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Understanding of content optimisation for search engines.

**WordPress Expertise**:

- Proficient in WordPress for website management and content publishing.
- Experience in customising WordPress themes and plugins.

**Social Media Knowledge**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for brands.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.

**Desirable to have**:
**Paid Advertising**:

- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.

**Video Marketing**:

- Experience in creating and optimising video content for digital platforms.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Proficient in analysing data and creating comprehensive reports on digital marketing performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
