The E-Commerce Marketing Executive will assist the Head of Marketing & Brand at Axiom Hospitality, along with the Commercial and Hotel Teams, in achieving the revenue targets set for the hotel portfolio by executing a robust E-Commerce strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with external partners and agencies to implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing return on investment (ROI) while analyzing data analytics to evaluate performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successful marketing campaigns and the ability to leverage performance metrics to guide decision-making. They should be able to showcase examples of impactful campaigns and engagement strategies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape. The candidate will exhibit strong creativity, innovative thinking, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance all digital platforms and listings for the hotels.
  • Manage the functionality and user experience of hotel websites and channels.
  • Boost conversions through targeted campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Supervise the production and effectiveness of multimedia content.
  • Maintain website performance and track data analytics.
  • Monitor and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
  • Assess the performance of marketing campaigns regularly.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define target audiences.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising in collaboration with the designated digital agency.
  • Evaluate and refine marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO strategies to ensure optimal medium selection and strong ROI.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing marketing activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about the broader hotel business and align with the hotel's commercial strategies and promotions.
  • Understand market dynamics, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand factors.

Core Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Preferred qualifications in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing detailed marketing plans and campaigns, including project management skills for briefing, planning, and execution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
  • Solid grasp of programmatic, meta, and native online advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including paid social media, customer communication channels, and website management.
  • Ability to identify specific action steps, responsibilities, and timelines for tasks, holding oneself accountable for achieving results.
