Job Title: Commerce Strategy Partner

Publicis Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Commerce Strategy Partner to join our team. As a key member of our commerce practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge retail strategies that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive client strategies, recommending solutions that address business challenges.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop frameworks to integrate Commerce data for strategic decision-making.
  • Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
  • Upskill the business on key topics and emerging trends.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
  • Monitor client competitors and share insights.
  • Manage client projects from concept to review, including case studies and results sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Methodical, well-organized, and adaptable, with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Commerce landscape and subject matter expertise in key areas described above.
  • Experience in business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
