The E-Commerce Executive will assist the Head of Marketing & Brand at Axiom Hospitality along with the Commercial and Hotel Teams in achieving the projected revenue for the hotel portfolio by executing a robust E-Commerce strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with external partners and agencies to implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing ROI while analyzing data analytics to evaluate performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successful marketing campaigns and the capability to utilize performance metrics to guide decision-making. They should be able to present examples of impactful campaigns and engagement strategies, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape. The candidate is expected to exhibit strong creativity, innovative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance all digital platforms and listings for the hotels.
  • Oversee the functionality and user experience of hotel websites and channels.
  • Boost conversions through targeted campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Supervise the production and effectiveness of multimedia content.
  • Maintain website performance and analyze data analytics.
  • Monitor and allocate digital marketing budgets.
  • Assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define target audiences.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising in collaboration with the designated digital agency.
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure optimal medium usage and strong ROI.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing marketing activities and performance statistics.
  • Stay informed about the broader hotel business and the hotel's commercial strategies and promotions.
  • Understand the overall market dynamics, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand.

Core Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Preferred qualifications in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns, including project management skills, briefing, planning, and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic, meta, and native online advertising.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including paid social media, application of social media channels, and customer communication channels such as email and website management.
  • Ability to identify specific action steps, responsibilities, and timelines for tasks while holding oneself accountable for achieving results.
  • Adaptability and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Builds trust and confidence with others through authenticity, ethical standards, and commitment to follow-through.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Acts independently to enhance skills and knowledge.
