Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our North American contact center based in Enfield, CT.

The ideal candidate will be able to engage in both verbal and written communication in English and French, utilizing technology to provide exceptional service to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent support to consumers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Utilize Salesforce and digital knowledge bases to resolve consumer issues efficiently.
  • Represent the LEGO Group brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet consumer expectations.
  • Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing premium customer service and/or inbound sales in a retail environment.
  • Confidence to make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
