About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our data collection efforts at M3 Global Research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

This includes:

  1. Managing project budgets and communicating with clients on progress
  2. Troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure timely completion
  3. Ensuring Profiles and Health standards are met

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects, proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms, and advanced Excel and Word skills.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving issues, and reporting on project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation and identify potential issues
  • Manage project kick-off meetings and finalize project requirements
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and accurate payment to panelists
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred
  • Proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills
