Dad Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Dad Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our peer support network for new and expectant Dads across Scotland, delivering dad playgroups and workshops, and contributing to the operation of services to achieve positive outcomes with and for children, young people, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate our peer support network for new and expectant Dads across Scotland.
- Deliver dad playgroups and workshops.
- Contribute to the operation of the services to achieve positive outcomes with and for children, young people, and families.
- Grow our network across Scotland to drive referrals to the service.
- Develop peer support with the active participation of our volunteers and Dads.
- Recruit, train, match, and support our volunteers.
