Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Rochester
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on skills and experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Helmet Mounted Displays and Active Inceptor Systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance team in ensuring the quality of our projects
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Providing training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance best practices

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
