Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Morpeth, Northumberland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our care staff in providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide team members
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to care staff, ensuring they meet the NMC Code standards
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents
  • Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to work in a clinical environment, delivering high-quality nursing care
