We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Lead within the Secure Mental Health Wards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement collaborative care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Lead on the implementation of performance indicators, essential standards, and quality outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Facilitate staff appraisals, clinical supervision, and support personal development plans, promoting a culture of growth and development.
- Post-registration clinical experience, with a minimum of 12-24 months of band 5 qualified nurse experience.
- Experience working within secure care settings, with a strong understanding of Secure Mental Health (SMH) principles and practices.
- Knowledge and working experience of SCM (Secure Care Management) systems.
- Interest in working within the personality disorder field, with a commitment to delivering compassionate and person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible and responsive approach to patient care.
