About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Team in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities

As a Crisis Team Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and managing complex mental health needs, providing crisis interventions, and working closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional qualification and current registration as a Registered Nurse (RNMH, RMN, RNLD) or equivalent as an AHP, Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist. You will also require proven post-registration clinical experience, evidence of post-registration training in clinical/psychological interventions, and up-to-date knowledge/experience of relevant legislation.
