About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Take ownership of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers.

About You

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You are self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.

Working Arrangements

  • This role is available for immediate start, with a 8.5 hour shift pattern covering weekends.
  • You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
