Senior Team Leader Opportunity

Tate West End Temp is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to manage their regional administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role with significant strategic and operational responsibilities across multiple locations in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a regional team of administration staff across 4 offices, overseeing up to 10 team members.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Provide direct management of the business support team, ensuring optimal resource allocation, staff training, 1-2-1s, and personal development.
  • Address Challenges: Tackle current issues in the London office, including staff sickness and team behaviours.
  • Strategic Oversight: Support the Interim Deputy Head of Admin in overseeing the business support team's operations, ensuring smooth and effective running.
  • Operational Leadership: Work closely with other Team Leaders to maintain effective operations across the offices.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, ideally across multiple locations.
