Care Team Leader

About This Role
As a Care Team Leader at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organizing the team and leading by example. You will help them develop through regular supervisions, one-to-ones, and annual performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are adhered to by all team members.
- Ensure residents' daily progress is recorded and reported accurately.
- Perform care assistant duties with residents as required.
- Take the lead in emergency situations, providing support and guidance to staff and residents.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.
- Full-time hours only (46 hours per week).
- Day shift hours: 08:00am - 20:00pm.
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
- Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service.
