Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Parkview House Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day needs of our residents, supporting Care Assistants in their development, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day needs of residents, ensuring their care plans are implemented and their needs are met.
  • Support Care Assistants in their development, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents receive personalized care that meets their unique needs.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or needs to the care team and management.

Requirements

  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine liking for older people and their needs.
