As a Care Team Leader at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our care team. Your leadership skills will help them develop through regular supervisions, one-to-ones, and annual performance reviews.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You will also ensure residents' daily progress is recorded and reported accurately.

When staff or residents need help, you will take the lead, keeping a cool head in emergency situations.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £15
  • Full-time hours only (46 hours)
  • Day shift: 08:00am - 20:00pm
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
