Sales Support Professional

As a key member of our Soho team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed about new products, services, and market trends to enhance customer engagement.
- Contributing to in-store events and activations to promote our brand and products.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 12 months' experience in retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus flexible working hours, opportunities for growth and development, and a fun, fast-paced work environment that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
