Scope:
Support the Centre Director in delivering outstanding care, ensuring compassion, kindness, and respect for patients. Collaborate with Clinical Matrons to manage clinical areas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs, adhering to evidence-based practice and patient care plans.
• Providing nursing leadership, acting as a role model, and encouraging service development in nursing practice.
• Ensuring clinical areas are safely staffed, considering skill mix, competency, and patient dependencies.

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
• Understanding of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Proficiency in dispensing and administering oral medication.
• Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting workloads.
• Enthusiasm for and belief in patient healthcare.
