Ward Manager Position

About the Role
The Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced nurse to fill the position of Ward Manager. This is a clinical leadership role that requires the ability to provide nursing leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Services Manager in ensuring outstanding care is delivered to patients in line with best practice and the Fairlie Healthcare Group's Core Values and Values Framework.
- Collate clinical information for quality and dashboarding purposes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
- Provide nursing and clinical leadership to the Registered Nursing Staff and Care Staff, acting as a role model to ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered at all times.
Requirements
- An active NMC Pin Number and a proven track record in a similar role with a comparable organisation.
- Experience in tracheostomy and community ventilator management would be a distinct advantage, but not essential as the company offers a comprehensive competency-based learning programme.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £52,500 (based on 40 hours per week).
- A profit and performance-related annual bonus.
- 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
- Core hours of Monday - Friday, with rotation to a weekend to provide senior management cover to the Centre.
- 4% contribution to Company pension scheme.
- Free hot meal when on duty.
- Enrolment on our 'Resound' Management Training Programme.
- Opportunities for professional development through a range of external courses to support Revalidation and CPD.
