Clinical Leadership and Development Manager

As a Senior Nurse Trainer at Fairlie Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating clinical skills-based training, professional discussion, and competency-based assessment for clinical staff across all centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cohesive clinical leadership, management, and organisational development programmes
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Nursing Staff, including annual appraisals
- Collate and prepare monthly reports on internal upskilling progress, clinical competency, and training completion
- Be a role model for all staff groups, demonstrating professional and pro-active clinical leadership
We are looking for a UK Registered Nurse with an active PIN, holding a Level 3 awareness in Education and Training, and ideally a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience, strong people management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care is desirable.
