Job Role:

Clinical Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in delivering outstanding care to patients, in line with best practice and Fairlie Healthcare Group's Core Values and Values Framework.
  • Collate clinical information for quality and dashboarding purposes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
  • Provide out-of-hours support to the Centre, including weekend working as per agreed local arrangements.
  • Coordinate the MDT to ensure defined and assessed needs of patients are met, in line with evidence-based practice and defined in the Patient's Care Plan.
  • Provide nursing leadership to qualified nursing staff, acting as a role model and encouraging service development in relation to nursing practice.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
  • Understanding of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Proficiency in dispensing and administering oral medication.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting workloads.
  • Enthusiasm for and belief in patient healthcare.
