London, Greater London, United Kingdom Bruin Financial Full time

At Bruin Financial, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Employee Relations and Policy Manager to join our HR team.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team in HR, you will be responsible for managing the Employee Relations caseload and developing Performance Management strategies within the management network to foster positive employee relations.

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider HR Subject Matter Experts, you will ensure the ER strategy is robust and that the management team manages effectively to decrease ER caseloads.

You will also be responsible for ensuring organisational policy compliance, ensuring legal requirements are met, and promoting effective risk mitigation practices within the organisation.

The company is going through a significant period of positive change, which will mean you will assist with the employee relations element of all change initiatives.

This is not just an ER case management role. You and the wider HR team will form a robust framework for:

  1. ER Case Management
  2. HR Policy Development
  3. Training and Development
  4. Employee Communications
  5. Managing Governance and Risk

We are looking for an experienced business partner from either Financial Services or the Public Sector with strong ER and Policy Management experience, particularly managing complex ER caseloads and possessing a strong UK employment law background.

In summary, you would be joining a very strong HR team, reporting into an impressive CPO to manage ER and Policy.
