Job Summary
The Client Services Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders in the Group Risk department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Ardonagh Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the administration of group life, group income protection, and group critical policies, including invoicing, accounts, and client queries.
- Collaborate with the Employee Benefits Consultants to prepare information for scheme renewals and other business activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing a market-leading customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Group Risk experience is essential, with a strong understanding of group life, group income protection, and group critical policies.
- Administration experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive and thorough approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
