Group Risk Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Group Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and providers, gathering data for client scheme renewals, and assisting with preparing information for our Employee Benefits Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients and providers
- Gather data for client scheme renewals
- Assist with preparing information for Employee Benefits Consultants
- Coordinate the administration of schemes, including invoicing, accounts, client queries, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services, and communication material
Requirements:
- Group Risk experience
- Administration experience
- Customer Service experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Proactive and thorough
- Strong admin skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn and a natural curiosity
- Positive, collaborative, and resilient
- Honest and have integrity
