About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to join our Continence Service in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Administrative experience, including team working and versatility to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
