We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving targeted growth within a specified list of Regional Distributors.

Job Description
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with Board members, Field Sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand public sector customer base and establish new end-user business through specified distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Sales, to drive consistent lead generation and new business ideas.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in the commercial catering equipment Industry.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and expanding customer base through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
What We Offer

An attractive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including travel expenses and performance-based bonuses.
