Job Description
As a BSL Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) provision to provide support for children in classrooms with hearing impairment. Your primary role will be to assist teachers in delivering effective education to deaf or hard-of-hearing students, promoting their academic and social development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in British Sign Language (BSL) Level 2 or 3, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents. A related degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
