We are seeking a Learning Disabilities Team Lead who has a social work qualification, full SWE registration, and over 3 years of post-qualified experience in Adults Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with young people and their families.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking care act assessments, mental capacity assessments, and best interest assessments. They will also be required to support young people in transitioning to adult services and carry out community DOLS, duty officer responsibilities, EHCPs, and s42 safeguarding enquiries.
