About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of risk strategy for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of risk strategy, including but not limited to risk and product optimization
  • Collaborating with Merchant Risk and Capital Markets to provide insight into new partnerships and funding opportunities
  • Working closely with C-suite and investors to highlight risk trends and exposures, and providing strategic oversight to grow the business
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the consumer lending space, ideally within B2B, SME, or Enterprise lending
  • Background in developing and shaping risk strategy, product strategy, or wider lending initiatives
  • Experience working with underwriting teams, lending decisioning, and merchant assessment is highly desirable
  • Background in credit funds is highly desirable
