Job Description:

As an Employee Compensation Assistant at Pro Talent, you will play a key role in assisting with managing multiple payroll operations for a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include providing support for payroll and benefits-related processes, addressing inquiries related to taxes, benefits, salaries, and allowances, and managing pensions, statutory claims, and auto-enrollment procedures.
