About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary

This permanent position involves maintaining and monitoring customer accounts, chasing overdue debts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and be able to work effectively with sales staff to resolve customer queries and facilitate cash collection.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of debts.
  • Manage emails related to customer accounts and respond promptly to queries.
  • Chase overdue debts via telephone and email, focusing on excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with sales staff to resolve customer queries and facilitate cash collection.
